I take hatha yoga classes with Sunayana. She teaches the poses and techniques very well and her attention to detail is amazing. Most importantly she follows up with the students individually on their experience both during and post classes to make sure there are no discomfort and if so how to overcome by suggesting the right remediation techniques. She explains how one should feel while doing the poses, how to push further to get to perfection via breathing techniques, which helps build lot of confidence as we venture into tough poses. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is willing to learn and bring yoga routines into their life.
I take restorative yoga classes with Sunayana. She is a Pro in yoga. In few classes I could see good relief in my neck pain. She is also very considerate on our ability and limitations and teaches various poses accordingly. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good yoga teacher.
I had cervical spine pain issues starting at an early age,it kept growing with an acceptance that I have live with it. Over years, it aggravated to an extent where I had to get a “collar” on my neck. Doing downward dog was also painful. I started classes with Sunayana and got a next level transformation making me realize that all these years I never had any problem with my body, but it was all in the ‘Mind’. Now I can confidently do Sarvangasana, Srishasana with no pain.

Sunayana explains each small movement that leads to the final posture while highlighting where one should feel the stretch. She even corrects your posture every now and then. If you listen to her instructions and are committed to the class, you gradually become pro at advanced poses in a few months time. I reversed my pcod; can do shoulder stand, crow pose and other advanced asana , which was a dream years back. Thank you Sunayana.
After joining your class, I feel the changes like I have become more active , flexible . Your way of teaching is really different and very helpful . My sitting posture and walking posture has changed . I eagerly wait to attend the next class everyday.
I joined Yoga, specifically to lose pregnancy weight only to end up knowing it's much more than that. Been with Sunayana for more than 4 months now, I have been told by many, that my body is looking toned. And I realized yoga is not mere form of exercise it's literally a way of life.
