Hatha Yoga known as the traditional form of yoga is the oldest & the ancient form of yoga. It is told that the other forms like Ashtanga, Vinyasa, flow yoga and many other forms that are practiced in today's world is from this ancient form of yoga.

Every class would be different focusing on the strength, flexibility and balance. These classes will be combination of slow pace poses & high intensity power yoga/vinyasa flows. But these are not just mere physical exercises but an overall cleansing process of physical & mental body. These classes are for beginner & intermediate level students.
