These classes are designed to bring stillness in your life. Restorative yoga is nothing but moving meditation. These are slow paced where we hold the poses for long time with soft & gentle breathing. The mindful stretching will not just release the stiffness but also release the blocked energies in the body.

It repairs the muscles giving relaxed & calm feeling at the end of the session. This will be followed by Pranayama & Guided Meditation. The breathing techniques with instruction based mediation will help to work on vital energies & mental balance. This will make you feel relaxed, get better sleep, reduce anxiety and improve the focus. These classes are for anyone & everyone.
