I am a certified Yoga Teacher with 200 Hours Certification from Yoga Alliance USA, and also blessed to be trained under Shri Sharath Jois Guruji with a vision to take ahead the Ashtanga Yoga parampara (tradition). Yoga, for me, is not just a profession or passion, but an opportunity to learn and spread this wonderful practice. I was introduced to Yoga during my childhood, thanks to my parents, and it has been a part of my life some way or the other. But little did I know....

In Hatha Yoga class, you can expect a unique experience in each session, combining slow paced poses with dynamic movement. The classes serve a holistic cleansing process for both physical & mental body, promoting overall wellbeing.

Yes, these sessions are Beginner to Intermediate level. The teacher will guide with modified versions of asanas as per individual’s capability, monitor the progress regularly and then increase the pace. Most important is to be consistent to see the progress.

Yes, pranayama is practiced thrice a week for 5-10 minutes at the end of the session to understand the basics.

Health issues shall be discussed with the teacher, so that instructions for the same can be given accordingly.

Yes, you can join the respective classes that you have enrolled for (Morning or Evening)

Good grip Mat, wearing comfortable & suitable clothes, Empty stomach, Being on Time and no usage of phone. Two blocks and yoga belt (optional).

Half an hour of gentle body stretching, 20 mins of Pranayama followed by Guided Meditation. Some days there will Guided Shavasana also.

You will learn Yoga not just as a physical stretching or weight loss exercise, but also as a process of internal cleansing (body as well as mind). In the process of learning on the mat, you will also understand how to apply Yoga off the mat and handle real time situations.
